International automotive supplies retailer requested Inreco LAN to develop a web-based claim management system. Users: employees of the company and dealers, partners of the company.
The project requires integration with the company internal services and full data migration from several legacy systems.
The project had started with a detailed analysis of the technical specifications provided by the customer. Then the architecture of the product was designed. Planning of the development stages included the step-by-step deployment of the system.
A prototype of the new Web-system was developed, this prototype being tested from the very beginning by the business users to be adjusted on the go.
Data migration from several legacy systems did not interrupt the company regular workflows.
The system was deployed fully operational for all the users: employees of the company and dealers – partners of the company.
