Web application for a service and support team working online via e-mail and the Web. The application receives request from a customer and automatically sends it to an available specialist. Each request is tracked so that it is possible to send an answer to the customer, to close the request, to forward it to another specialist, etc. The application contains mailing robot, templates of different messages, set up and tuning tools, etc.
